Demo Worked, Full Not Working with my drives
When I tried your demo of the Microstudio 2.6 it worked fine on my computer.
When I bought the version, it says that my computer's drives will not copy or write karaoke. What's the problem? Can you help me? ![]() |

The code is the same in the Demo and Full versions as to what drives will work.
There are some drives that reply back that they "do" the CD+G format, when in reality they do not. We have a table within Microstudio for the drives that we are aware of, and we display them to show NO, regardless of what they reply back with. Please answer these questions here: 1. Did you specifically follow the instructions for testing for your drives in the Demo? 2. What drive manufacturer and model number do you have? 3. Does the Full Microstudio 2.612 show the drive in the Detect Drives dialog box? |

Response to your E-Mail
When I used the demo, I followed the instructions and I was able to record parts of songs and they worked, that's why I chose your program.
The two drives I have are: JLMS XJ-HD166S DS1A and LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-812S USOJ Microstudio 2.612 shows both drives in the detect drive dialog box, but they both say NO after karaoke and YES for audio. |

I've forwarded this to one of our programmers for review. There should be no difference between the Demo and Full releases. ![]() We'll be open Monday for business so please don't expect any further answer before Monday afternoon, or possibly Tuesday. We will review this and find out what is wrong. |

Still waiting.....
It's now Thursday, January 19th, and I still haven't heard from you. If you can't figure out the problem, I'll be happy with my money back. I prefer to get the program to work, so let me know what's going on.

Still waiting...
OK, it's now the 23rd of January. I haven't heard from you guys for over a week. I got the cd version of Microstudio 2.611 in the mail and it too doesn't work. What gives? I would send you a copy of the demo cd I made to prove that the demo worked, but that would cost me more money. I just want an answer. If you can't solve my problem I would like the refund put back on my credit card. Please confirm this with me. If this problem continues, I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges.
