reinstalling songs from backup hard drive

ok i was able to get most of the songs back into to hoster from the backup
hard drive, but now some of the songs are stopping before they get to the end. Remember this is a new computer, the wife dropped the other, and i am just trying to install the songs without having to import them. After all that is the reason for having the backup hard drive.

Any help would be a ppreciated

Thanks

are you using a laptop?

you need to make sure the drive letter stays the same on the external hard drive.

First, I split your question out of the other Thread. Your problem was not related to the Thread you posted in. Always create a new Thread for a new problem. It follows our Rules of Use and saves me time managing Threads.

As to your files not playing to the end, this has never been reported to my knowledge.

Did you use the Tools menu Build Songs Database command to rebuild your Songs Database? If not, I'd do that first. Read in the Manual BEFORE you do this so you understand how this powerful command works.
