Updates
No entries will appear in the Brand and Disc# fields, can anybody help with link to MTU for updates?

The problem is likely your bucket.mdb database did not install correctly. This is the "Import Database" that populates your Brand and DiscID fields.
When you downloaded the hosterxxxx.exe file from our web site, if you saved it on your computer before running it, just find it and double click it. If you didn't save it to your hard drive, find your download installation instruction email. Your download link is in that email. Click it again, and save it to the hard drive. Then, make a backup of it on a CDROM. Also, save a copy of the email as a .txt file and save it to the CDROM also, or at least print it and put it with the CDROM. |
