What to buy in a new laptop for Hoster?

I will be buying a new laptop soon. What do I need to run hoster? Does it have to have special sound jacks? Waht about hooking up my televisons for the lyrics? Do I need special jacks or does a top-of-line lap top have everything I need?

Re: What to buy in a new laptop for Hoster?

Forgive the commercial, but MTU's Hoster Laptop is designed for Hoster. Click here to see its specs. Price includes Hoster, an external USB CDR drive (optional DVDR drive) and our support if you need us. Nothing to do but turn it on and start loading your discs.

Those who purchased our laptop are glad they did. You can look at the specs if you want to buy elsewhere. Look for these things:

* Avoid Nvidia's dual-display card.

* Use Windows XP Home or Pro, with at least 512MB RAM.

* Many users go for an external audio box as most laptops don't have good audio. Its impossible to test this until you can... test this. Our laptop audio works well as is.

* The CDR/DVDR drive will end up being an external USB device, as no internal laptop thinline drive can do the CDG formats.
