Need help with a problem

Gentlemen and Ladies,

I need some help, I have a Customers Hoster machine in my Studio, It's a Shuttle SN41G2 (not from MTU) that has the built in NVIDIA Video System it works fine except for the following problem, the primary video resolution get set to 8 bit color when Hoster loads, the TV or secondary monitor doesn’t seem to be affected but you can not read the KJ visual monitor built into Hoster, I have removed all of the drivers and reinstalled them, and it works perfectly until you load Hoster. And if you change the resolution after Hoster is loaded it will run properly until you shut down and reopen Hoster. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them.
