Getting wrong colors on 2nd display
I have a second display set up to my laptop but the colors are different as to what shows on the original cd+g and what is imported into Hoster. I am going out of the s-video of my laptop to a switch box out to the rca hook-up to the display. The display is a vocopro LTV-5 5" lcd tv/monitor with digital tuner. Do I need an rf modulater so the color is correct? The problem with that is I've been unable to find one that goes out to rca hook-ups on the display to even check it. I have my laptop set to 32 bit color, but have no way to check what the 2nd display is. Would appreciate any help anyone can give. Also, this 2nd display works perfectly with the correct colors if it is directly hooked up to my regular karaoke machine.

Re: Getting wrong colors on 2nd display
Thanks for the input Beavis, however it isn't what I need. My 2nd display doesn't have the coaxial input, it has the a/v inputs. Hope someone has some answers how to get the color correct.

Re: Getting wrong colors on 2nd display
It might be that your display is set to 256 cokors. On desktop, Properties/settings/colors

Re: Getting wrong colors on 2nd display
I would also say it is as Jdavia just told you. Go to the Display Settings, and make sure that your set higher than 640x480 on your second monitor and that the colors are at least 16 bit.

Re: Getting wrong colors on 2nd display
Thanks for the reply Bryan and Jdavia. I did check the display settings. The primary monitor on the laptop is set correctly. When I click for the properties of the 2nd display there is no tab for adjustment as there is for the primary display so I can't check or change the settings for this display. Can't figure this out.
