song list problem

hello,
i'm having a problem when i build up my song book. when i build my song book i get a error message saying there was a printing
error input past end of file.
i'm using song export. i just install the program on my new laptop
i have the artist.rtf file on my old laptop but i can't seem to get it on my new laptop.
please help me.

Do you have a printer setup on the laptop, here's a quote from a previous post by MTUSUPPORT regarding a similar trouble:

Flipeoke is correct on this. If you are getting any error messages when creating the Song Books this is due to no printer driver being installed.

If you do as posted above it will fix your error.
