V1.015 NEW RELEASE - How to get your FREE UPGRADE!

There are a number of bugs repaired in this new version. It is a FREE UPGRADE to all existing clients.

[font color=red]CRITICAL NOTICE! Your Karaoke Home Producer V1.013 Serial Number will NOT install V1.015. DON'T download or install it until you have your new serial number from MTU![/font]

Please email Support@mtu.com to receive your new serial number to unlock Karaoke Home Producer V1.015. We will then email your Serial Number to you. Then you can download the new code and install it.

Please provide the following information in the email. We must verify you own the software. If you fail to provide the data below, it will delay your getting the upgrade until we receive the required data:

1. Make your email Subject heading KARAOKE HOME PRODUCER V1.015 UPGRADE
2. First Name, Last Name that you gave us when you purchased the software
3. Your Street Address, City, State, Zip code (We must have this for NC sales tax compliance)
4. Your Phone Number (specify day or night)
5. Your Email Address that you gave us when you purchased the software
6. If there are any changes to above information from when you ordered, please list the changes below the above data so we can update our database.

We had to change our software protection serial number generator to allow immediate Internet download of the software when purchased. We are now upgrading our e-Commerce Store to make this happen.

I am beginning to wonder if MTU has recieved my information so they can send me an upgrade number for both KHP and Microstudio. I have not heard anything from anybody about the length of time I have to wait to receive them. I was wondering why my new program on disk has version 1.000 for KHP and not V1.013. Apparently the latter version had been released already when I bought the programs. I have never seen V1.013 mentioned as an upgrade to V1.000. I have to find things out from the forums. Anyway, I still am wondering about the upgrade codes. I am waiting since the 16th of Jan. for the Microstudio and requested the KHP as soon as it was released. I see that other people have upgraded and I would like to hear a reply as soon as possible.

Hi Chris,

I submitted my info, as suggested here in the forum and got my new code within the same day.

Re-submit your info in the way that MTU wants it, and try again.

Maybe I should submit my details again today just in case I've sent them wrongly.

I didn't see any NEW features.. I think the upgrade was fixing some other users' problems.

Hi. I'm back on-line. Whee! What a nightmare we have had these past 6 weeks!

KHPro has no new features, but V1.015 has some nasty bugs fixed. We wanted to add more new features, but needed to get these bugs fixed.

As to our delays, I believe Chrisi should now have her Serial Number (we can't correlate Forum names to persons). If not Christi, read the Thread in this Forum about how to get the new Serial Number and submit again to Bryan. Our emails were not coming to us for a while!
