Question How to load MTU,KHP,VOG,KEY if won't load

I recieved my CDROM for all four programs. Micro.V2.4, KHP V3.1, VOG.V2.1, KEY.V1.3. I can also access my e-mail. I can't get the four programs all to take full installation. MTU & KHP won't take. I go to my computer, control panel, add/ remove programs, install, (d:drive) it opens all four "installs" (colorful screen). You see the blue line scanning across and thats it. In C:drive, shows a folder for khpro3100, if click to open, it follows installation again... (E-MAIL aliciaboulanger@verizon.net and to type in SER#) I continue with the other installs. They seem to go further on installation. The Keyrite and Vogone show on desktop icon. If open they seem to work. I've uninstalled all, shutdown, rebooted and reinstalled, same results. I uninstalled my old MTU V2.2, shutdown, reboot, reinstalled the new without the old MTU. I opened the e-mail "download" tried that Serial# and the Ser# on paper several diferent ways. I REINSTALLED the old MTU 2.2 and that works as I originally had it. I installed the new software in my old cumputer windows2000 and same results. The download DEMO KHP works!
My computer; HP,windowME,128MB ram,Plextor burner
Can you help? Thanks, Alicia Boulanger

Alicia,
It seems that you got the Vogone and Keyrite to correctly install, thus they were showing on the Desktop.

On the Microstudio and Karaoke Home Producer, please try these again, making sure to type the Email and serial number on the piece of paper exactly as it shows. The 0's are the number Zero, not the letter.

These letters are also all caps in the SN.
