Hoster won't upgrade "AGAIN"
Here is my situation : I bought the upgrade for Video Hoster on 8-4-13 and I installed it on my 2 computer which is my main computer and show computer. Both computer was upgraded with no problem. But when I upgraded them to V510.02, Main compuetr went well but my show computer won't do it saying that my registration code was found disabled due to certain reason. So, I placed a service problem to MTUSupport on 10-28-13 and i"ve got an electronic reply. Tried to figure out what's wrong and still, cannot upgrade and tried again and nothing happened and so, I placed another ticket to MTUsupport on 10-30-13 and received another electronic reply. So, I tried again today 11-8-13 to upgrade and still no go. The truth of the matter is that this is the 2nd time that happen to me. The first time, they said that i upgraded it too many times wherein i have only 2 computer to upgrade but they fix it. Now, it happened again and don't tell me that everytime i do upgrade, i have to endure this kind of situation. So, if I cannot get a solution from the best support company, I hope somebody here in the forum can provide me a solution to my problem. TAKE NOTE : that i am not too aggresive to upgrade 'cause my show compuetr is still running v510.01, but i want to resolve this . Roy, maybe , you can help me on this matter.....

Ben,
This should be fixed and allow you to install. I had fixed it on Friday night. Let me know if you still have issues.
