Can't install Hoster

I have put my laptop back to original settings (like it was when it was new), because of some problems. I have XP and I am trying to install Hoster 507.05In Hoster Install Wizard / Preparing Setup, I get: Unhandled Exception Error Number: 0x80040702 Description: Failed to load DLL:_ismtu setup will now terminate. I downloaded again and tried to install, but same thing. Can't understand why it won't download. Even though it's like new, I would think it would have the same IP Address, so MTU would recognise it, and allow it to download. I need advice.

Found it and installed it. Still having a problem! It is seeing this computer as a third computer and not the same one. I filled out a repair ticket. Thanks for your help. I appreciate that.
