Re: Edit KMA files

If you are refering to the lyric track in an imported CD+G track or mp3+G, you can't edit it in Hoster.
You can re make the lyric track completly using KHpro http://www.mtu.com/basics/karaoke-home-producer.htm

But then you would not be able to import it into KHpro as a kma file as you have to import the music track as mp3, wav or wma so you would either have to convert the kma with Sonverter or have the original mp3 track.
Songverter can be found here: http://www.mtu.com/basics/songverter.htm

Re: Edit KMA files

I want to get rid of the dead air and splash screens at the start and end of the kma files. IE Sound choice logos' I have been using holster for years and during moves I has lost some of my cd's and with all the trademark issues going on I think its better to delete the trade marks off the files. That is what im trying to do and it fixes dead air time as well. Any ideas?

Re: Edit KMA files

You can set start/end points in Tools. But it would be individually, it won't affect the actual file, just will start and stop and the points you want them to. However it won't stop displaying anything during the instrumental breaks that most manus put up.
