Consulting and recommeded Hoster, now locked out

If anyone can help me before tomorrow morning great!

Here's the situation. I'm often called upon to consult with bars about their karaoke system and when it comes to computerized, I always recommend Hoster because of how simple it is.

This last weekend I was involved in helping a local bar place an order online for hoster. We set up an email address and some how missed checking some box so that the payment would be processed to the Bar Managers Credit Card.

We later talked to Lynn (I think) about this and she said that if the manager called in and gave his credit card everything would be taken care of.

Now I'm schedule to install and test hoster tomorrow (saturday). This is the only day they don't have karaoke and when I can get access to the computer. Next week all the hosts are scheduled to train and then we go live with hoster the following Sunday.

Now the email address that was used to place the order is listed as not valid. The email address for the manager who used his company credit card is not working either.

Here I am just trying to help and it's after hours and technically not an emergency. This is really fouled up and MTU isn't looking good to the client right now. I'm trying to allay any fears. Can anyone help?

Here are the emails associated:
bob@round...
cwbyrandy@...

Order Number: 76890

Thanks!

The Registration Code was created and should have been sent to bob@round..... It has not yet been installed as of this time. The order date was July 2 and it was paid for on 07/08/2011 at 3:56:09.

cwbyrandy@... has no order associated with it so it appears that the "Bob P" order went through and was paid for by Lynne helping out.

Ashton, I tried to call your phone number on your record but it reports it has been disconnected. I'll contact Bob, hoping his phone is correct.

Thank you, I think I updated my information just the other day.
