Upgrading Hoster 4.32.10 to 4.32.12

Hey Guys

I am trying to upgrade my Hoster and when I get to the point where the software goes online to check the computer against the MTU site it tells me that the software is already installed on two computers and subsequently wont install. I am trying to upgrade the Hoster that was intalled on this computer so i am very connfused at this point.

Any help will be gratefully received.

Cheers

Albert

You may have hit the maximum number of installs. You will need to submit a Support Email Ticket from the Support section of the main MTU web page.

Re: Upgrading Hoster 4.32.10 to 4.32.12

Nothing can be done through the forums about registration or account problems . You will have to submit a Support Email Ticket.
Realize that each upgrade you buy is only good for 12 months after purchase. If you try to upgrade after that twelve months then you have to buy another upgrade registration for it to install.
In your account find the registration code you are using and look in the right hand column for the date of expiration.

Re: Upgrading Hoster 4.32.10 to 4.32.12

Thanks for the response,
I did purchase the upgrade and the full programe 4.32 costing for both over $300 and still it wont download, sent off ticket to mtu but their response time is slower than the mtu community.
I thought purchasing the new programe would rule out the out dated system update as it is a new purchase. just keeps asking me to buy upgrade, really has baffled me.

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced the same problem.

Aidan
