Please reset my reg. code

Kindly reset my reg. code. I Uninstalled hoster 4.11 on my Sony Viao Laptop online. But when I moved hoster to this computer (RannyHp-AMD) message says. It was installed already on 2 computers.
I removed hoster online, what happened??.
Submitted a ticket and get a response that it was not reset online or did not removed hoster online. I did removed hoster online and right now re-checked my Sony Viao laptop and Hoster was not longer in computer. I could not even re-install hoster on my Sony Viao because of the same message; already installed on 2 compters. This was an upgrade code to my old Hoster 3.16. I did not submit emergency ticket because I just want to try Hoster in this Hp laptop. Please help

Respond to the support email and be sure they know that you want the Sony Viao removed and freed up so you can install on a new computer. Be sure to send them the computer name you put in when you registered it initially on the Sony. They don't normally respond to things like this through the forums.

I did submitted a ticket and mentioned that I removed hoster from my Sony Viao Laptop but the respond was it did not reset on MTU and told me I have to uninstalled it online. I was online when I removed hoster so I don't know what Happened. Just trying to get their attention on this matter if their reading this post. I even tried to do the "Chat online" with support dept. but did not get a response instead my post on that "Chat online" was turned to a ticket. So now I get a new ticket number for this matter.

Reply to the email response that you got with the original ticket. Let them know you have already removed Hoster from that computer. That is all you can do for now.
As far as the Chat they are only online during the day and no specific hours. If you tried after I posted an answer to you, then I know it was after hours for them.

Kindly reset my quad. Reg code. Please also read my submitted ticket(s). This is totally different from the above post. This is for my quad reg. code.
Submitted ticket last Sunday nite but no response yet. Chat online was not able to help me this morning and told me to contact support. So, Now I have 2 submitted tickets. Anyone please buzz support for me.

Did you include for which computer names and what regcode in the ticket?
If you got an automatic reply use that to check the status. Should have been fixed by now if you included the above information.
Unfortunately posting in here will not get a quicker response as Support doesn't normally look in here unless specifically requested.
