hi now that I installed the old hoster on my laptop..do i just download the upgrade or do I have to go into the uninstall feater and click upgrade?

You need to download the upgrade (you can do this from your purchase in the store account) and then install from that download using the "Upgrade"

Remember to 'save' not just 'run' download in case you need to reinstall at a later time.
