Upgrading to 4.09c

I am currently using 4.08 Hoster Lite. It's running great as of now, is there any reason i should upgrade to 4.09c? Just curious. What are some of the things that have been changed? I've read the website, and most of the stuff there doesn't even pertain to me actually. What has improved that isn't mentioned on their website? advantages to upgrade???

The biggest thing I have found is that when I do searches and then click to sort the songs in alphabetical order it works a lot better in 4.09c. I don't know why but it does.

Hey George,
Like wheeler43 said they worked on the sort feature in the search window. Also you can now run Windows Media Player visualizations which show up on your monitors when you play an HDAUD file, an MP3 or a WMA file.

In 4.08 if the "hide box" for the marqee in the Lyrics is not checked, it will be the next time you open Hoster. In 4.09c they set it up where this box now stays unchecked and the marquee is always visable in the Lyrics view without setting it each time Hoster is opened.

Another great feature is you can set the volume of the MP3's and the WMA files that you use in the instabuttons within Hoster, 4.08 only alows you to use .WAV files. I like this because I can take an MP3 of aplause and make two or three buttons at different levels to compensate for the different volumes the karaoke tracks are produced at.

I hope this helps.

Jim

Jim,
Once again, thank you bro for helping me out. I upgraded to 4.09c everything went like clock work. It's up and i ran it for 6 hours without a reboot. Never crashed or flickered. I'd say it's a great testimonial to the hard working folks at mtu. Thanks George
