Thumbs down Hoster 4.04 error message

Hoster 4,04 is very slow to start and now so is 3.4, songs take 30 seconds or more to play, I had to quit my last show 2 hours early because of it.
Upon start up today on 4.04 I get the following error message:
an error has occured in the script in this page
line 64
Char 1
Erroe WMP is null or not an object
Code 0
URL file :///MTU/Hoster/BodyDisplay/SM.htm
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page.

I also have prblems with songs coming up as error when I have played them before. Does not matter what the file type is.

Graphics are now sweeping properly.
Have been using hoster now for many years now so I know how is is suppose to act.
Running Vista
Background programs never bothered it before (iTunes, anti virus, RoboForm) still have these problems when these are shut down.

The more information you can give us, the better we can help. All I can tell from your post is you are running Hoster 4.04 on a version of vista. Please tell us a little about your computer.

This post from the Support Database may get you going:

WMA should be a refence to Windows Media Player. Do you have Internet Explorer 7 and all custom windows updates??

Why would you have needed to quit the show early? Hoster 3.4 is bundled with 4.0 for emergency back up, why didn't you just run that & continue the show?
