4.04 lyrics out of sync but i found a work around

ok with certain manufacturers i noticed that the lyrics were slower to appear than normal so i altered the colour settings in windows properties from 32 bit to 16 bit on both the lappy screen and the tv screen(going via s-video)and it worked they are now in sync.

Sunfly and sound choice and DK were fine but Zoom and karaoke bay were visibly slower

i feel this more to do with my PC than the software but i thought i would tell everyone the work around
the 16 bit doesnt really seem to matter when all your doing is playing karaoke tracks ..

on 4.03 i got avi files to work every time with 4.04 im having trouble but to be honest i am not bothered as i dont use videos at my shows

The main thing for me is the KEY CHANGE IS FIXED!!!!! YAY!!!

Hey Rob,
What do you mean by "having trouble", it will help.

I'm glad you are having success with 4.04!

Thanks Rob,
Did you get the Explorer script error before installing 4.04?

Try reinstalling the vista codec pack.

Try this Rob.
Do a system restore to the point before you upgraded to 4.04. Make sure you are not getting the error message when you open IE.

This time unistall 4.03, restart your machine then install 4.04. If you no longer get the script error when you open IE, see if your videos work in 4.04.

Are you using IE7?
