![]() Quick question about zip to kma conversion. Do the kma files occupy much more space than a regular cdg+mp3? Want to make sure have enough room on external hardrive.

the HDZIP can have a slightly higher compression than just the .mp3 and .cdg files within. We have seen in the range of a few hundred more bytes after converting to HDMP3G, which is insignificant.
I would plan on up to 5% larger disc storage requirements to be safe. If you get down so less than 30% of your HDD space is free, Windows may start choking. ![]() |

HDZIP Conversion
I have a total of 46,245 kma Hoster files. They occupied 201GB on the drive. The HDZIP conversion processed 15,491 files to HDMP3G. The kma files now occupy 221GB.
