MP3 Support Not Found
When I try to import a mp3 with KHP 5.01 I get a error message "MP3 Support Not Found". I don't know why as I have used this program for hundreds of songs. I downloaded the lame file and pasted it into windows system folder but I still get the same message. What am I doing wrong?

Re: MP3 Support Not Found
Are you saying you have used this for hundreds of mp3 types before ?
It may be you have installed some other software since you last imported mp3 types that has altered something. Have you followed the instructions correct for putting the lame-enc in the system folder and did you use the one from the recommended site ? You may want to try re-pasting it following these instructions. This is in the frequently asked questions found here: http://www.mtu.com/faq-test.php?article=90 Use the link to go to the correct site. You may need to reboot your computer after before it will work. If you have to come back let us know your Windows version, XP, Vista or 7.

Re: MP3 Support Not Found
yes, I have imported mp3 before, but now all I can import is wave files. I have downloaded the lame zip file, opened it and copied the lame.dll.exe file into windows system file but I still can't import mp3 files and I expect I won't be able to export the finished projest as a mp3 either. I am using windows 7 with all updates completed. I am using KHP v 5.01. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: MP3 Support Not Found
This does sometimes work, past another copy in your system32 folder reboot and try that.
