Vogone opens too big

I just purchased Vogone 3.101, and when I click to open, the first time it opens, there's approximately an inch around the outer edge that is not visible, it is too large for the screen. I close and re-open and the second time, the viewable part is normal size. What's causing this and how do I correct it?

You need to reset your screen resolution. Sounds like you're using 800/600.

Vogone is designed to be used at 1024/768, as are most newer software programs.

Right click anywhere on a blank spot on your desktop. Click properties, settings, and move the screen resolution slider to 1024/768.

If you don't like the smaller images for normal use, it's not much to set up before running Vogone, and change it back when you're done.

Vogone Opens Too Big

Yes, that works, but, if that is the problem, then why does it open normally the second time. If it's the resolution, I would think it's not going to change at all, no matter how many times I open it....just curious.

Beats me

First I've heard of it resizing itself.

Just curious, you're not running Vista are you? So many oddball anomalies in that system it won't surprise me if you are.

Nope, I'm running XP Professional. And I'm just going to live with the nusiance. I can't abide the tiny icons when I change the resolution. But thanks for all your suggestions.

Change your display size to at least 800x600. 1024x768 would be even better.

Dale,

Duplicated thread. Flagged ADMIN to delete one or the other.

On mine 860/600 is still too big so I suggested 1024/768 also.
