Microstudio woes
I'm very frustrated with the Microstudio program I purchased. Recently I upgraded to the 2.612 software as you suggested because I kept getting the message: "serial number doesn't match registration, please re-install.". But even after upgrading I kept getting the same message... and I re-installed three times, to no avail. I e-mailed you for advice, but have received no reply. Today, 10-05-05, I re-ordered the same upgrade (2.612), paid my fifteen dollars, and downloaded it. Guess what... same problem.

You must run all of the Windows Updates, if you are still getting this error, the problem is that you don't have all the updates on your system needed to make it work.
