Unable to Re-install Microstudio - Licensing Issue
6/17/11 This is my second request for support. I am coming close to the point where this will be a critical need and am hoping to have this matter resolved ASAP.
I had to re-initialize my hard drive due to a virus problem on the computer that contains the second licensee version of Microstudio (V 4.22). I am now attempting to re-establish the image as it was prior to re-init and have failed at my attempt to re-install Microstudio software due to licensing restrictions. Please advise. |

When you say this is your second request for support do you mean hear or through the support ticket system ?
If you submitted a support ticket which is the only way to reset your license, you should receive an auto response ticket # more or less right away, if you don't receive this then you may have given the wrong email address or it may have gone into your spam folder so check this out, if this is the case you need to change your spam filter to allow MTU email in the future. When sending support ticket be sure to give them details of the computer name that is locked out.

I submitted a "Help Ticket", for the second time. This time I included both my computer name and description.

Gwen,
The first ticket was answered to you on 6/13/2011 at 3:56pm. Since you have AOL, I would look in your Spam folder, I bet this is where your answer is, but you can reinstall the software.
