music stops when doing a search

i'm not sure if this is has been this way, but i don't remember having this problem, i loaded the new version( 4.22) on my mini laptop, and when i tried to search for a song while a music is playing, as soon as i type in even just the first letter of a song,or just clicking the mouse, the music stops, so i tried my other pc and also did the same way..

Stopped or just stuttered and came back?
I tried this on both of my test computers with both 4.21 and 4.22 and didi not have anything stop.
It may well depend on how big alist you have showing in Microstudio. Mine both are listing my KMA files and have almost 19,000 in the list with no problem.

it stopped completely, once it stops it goes back to the beginning, it doesn't continue, i have about 37k on my pc and 4k ( using my old ext. hhd ) on my mini i thought it was just happening on my mini, but it did the same on my pc, i have never used my mini to run ms i have it just for back-up and just now used it to play around with my 3 yrs. old daughter. i just tried it again, and also it stops when i pressed on the space bar.i removed 4.22 and went back to 4.20 and it does the same thing.

What processor TYPE and SPEED does your MINI have and how much RAM?

Also, what type of VIDEO graphics are built on the motherboard (Manufacturer and version number of the graphics card/feature)?

You are pushing the limits of how much Microstudio will do here with the large file you have. You may want to consider using Hoster Lite for your home shows with that many songs.
