*.DAT Files
Hi All,
I recently purchased Keyrite V2. and found that it can only accept *.WAV and *.CDG/BIN files. I have a number of karaoke files in the *.DAT format. Is there a way that I can convert these files to *.WAV or is there Keyrite software that will accept *.DAT files? |

Are these files VCDs or SCDGs?

In addition to what Dale asked, what software did you use to import these .dat files, and from what type of discs did they come?
.dat files can be in a number of different formats. If you have the original discs, tell us. If not, where did you get the .dat files? |

I have a mixture of both. Some of them are video clips. I am sending you a file to have a look if it's ok?

I don't think you can convert those that are video karaoke type to a file workable with Keyrite.
The SCDG files will have to be converted (actually extracted as they are multiple song files) by a non-MTU program. The one I use is called CDGFix. Do a Google search to find the source company. This program can save them as either BIN or CDG which does work with Keyrite.
