Hanging up on CUE

Hoster 2.0; When switching to next song, it goes from Wait to Cue and then just locks everything up. I have had to hard boot the computer to get out of the program. It is intermittent. It happens also on hitting play for a song. Computer is looking for something.

Frank, version 2.0?? Wow!
Seriously, what operating system? Computer or Hoster actually should be looking for the song file. Maybe verify the drive and folder and try rebuilding the database.

If I remember correctly, there was a bug in the code somewhere back in 2.x that caused problems when queuing up a song (shows CUE).

Why not upgrade? It's only $39.99 right now?

Upgrading Process:
I have the 2.0 Hoster program on one computer which has no internet connection. The other is on a lap top computer which does. What is the process of upgrading. Do I have to bring it across on the lap top and then copy the program over to the other computer? Do I need to re-establish the access code?

Frank

Frank,
Which O/S are you using on those computers?
The latest versions will not work on anything less than XP. So if you have XP then you will need to connect that computer to the internet (temporarily) and update your XP as well as the Hoster. There are Windows component updates that are required by Hoster for installation to work.
Because it is a major upgrade then your registration code will change.
