HELP! New computer 3.316 will not work
I've submitted two tickets already and no reply from Hoster.
My old computer finally failed on me ![]() I'm able to download 3.316 using the link Hoster sent me, but during install a box comes up and says. Unhandled Exception Error number: 0x80040703 Discription: Failed to find DLL fuction: _ismtu.SetProduct Setup will now terminate Whats happening? ![]() Jeff |

Is this new computer XP or Vista?
If XP go here: http://www.mtu.com/kb/index.php?acti...6f06aa5bbf9e9b By download I hope that means you saved instead of run? You should always save and then run from the copy on your computer.

As far as the tickets go have you gone back into the support center to check the status of those tickets? They may have emailed you but you didn't receive the answer.
