3.303 Download
Downloaded upgrade file and got message "download.exe is not a valid Win32 application". Cannot run upgrade. File downloaded is 4kb. Thanks

re-download it again. it should be about 20mb

As Beavis stated, Redownload the file, your Internet Service Provider did something to file, which made it bad.

It should be about 20mb, exactly as Beavis stated.
