Trouble Connect to Hoster Forum

for some reason I keep getting this message when I try to log in:

Zend Optimizer requires Zend Engine API version 20021010. The Zend Engine API version 20050606 which is installed, is newer. Contact Zend Technologies at http://www.zend.com/ for a later version of Zend Optimizer. HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Mon, 12 Dec 2005 19:42:39 GMT Server: Apache/1.3.34 (Unix) filter/1.0 PHP/4.4.1 X-Powered-By: PHP/4.4.1 Set-Cookie: bbsessionhash=2c929abdd29636630431d019161c297f; path=/ Cache-Control: private Content-Length: 57211 Keep-Alive: timeout=15, max=100 Connection: Keep-Alive Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

If I wait long enough, the web page finally loads up, but with not all the graphics. Is this a problem with my computer or with your end?

I have trouble too.

I use Netscape, and at certain times I can't get access. Instead a "save file" dialog appears.

The only solution I have found is to use Internet Explorer. I use this program sparingly though as it's too memory intensive and prone to attack.

Good try, but you're wrong.

A month ago, we moved the Forums to a new dedicate server to make it run fast. We'll when its up, it is fast, but the hosting company (serving 210,000 Domains) can't understand why our Forum keeps going off-line.

The server has been up for 31 days streight, so it is not a normal problem.

The problem with the "Zend Optimizer" error has been reported and fixed twice. However, last night they found it was wrong again! How does it restore to a prior verison without their knowing it or doing a restore from a prior backup, which would remove any posts from that prior backup so that's not the answer.

Tonight we are moving it back to the prior server. This will take from 1 hour to 72 hours to filter through the entire Internet. I'd expect in the USA it will be working right tomorrow.

Sometimes progress moves backwards instead...

Over the last several days, I know for a fact the forums have been down at one time or another daily, purely on a random basis.

Didn't bother to mention it as I thought others would have reported it.
