Hoster Deleted But Still Registers As Being On Three Computers

i got an error message when i tried to instal 5.7 it described it as failure to load DLL ismtu i tried downloading the hoster program three times and when i try to install it i get the same message every time. what is wrong?

thanks roy that fixed it but now hoster keeps on crashing when ever i play a song it says hoster ceased to function
i have reinstalled hoster and it still does the same thing
it says the problem is in igdumd32.dll this is getting ridiculous

Are you sure you followed all the instructions in the previous error instructions. Like repeat the windows updates until it states there are no more updates for your computer, I would expect this to take a time.

roy i have done everything several times over i don't understand why thisis not working not i am getting a btstackserver.exe error message

roy i had to restore my whole computer after the lenovo guy told me he couldnt figure out what was wrong any way so i did allthe changes again and tried to download hoster again and it told me about that dll eror again so i remebered youhad showed me the dowload i needed in a previous thread so i went baack to it and downloaded yysa yasa and now itis telling me thats the wrong download could you list it again? it is the 0x8004072 error again i dont know why the same download wont work but it doesn't

What is "yysa yasa" ?

When you do the windows updates it can be quite a long process, there are no shortcut to this, you must choose the Custom option. and select every update that shows, even if you think it doesn't apply to you. Once the updates are installed, if you see a message to restart the computer, you must do this before continuing.
Then go through the same process again until it shows 0 items to be installed.
