Upgrade Vs. Update and Fixes

I’m using Hoster 4.20. I thought I would “Update” to 4.30 (that is what it’s called in the program changes page). This is before the “Upgrade” to 4.31. It won’t let me do it.
I should at least be able to download the “Fixed” files for the version that I already have. I know they were released in the later versions till 4.31, but they are fixes for the earlier versions.
Such as:
FIXED Crash with Remove Silence
FIXED Random Crashing
FIXED Background Audio Player ">>" Play Next
FIXED Background Audio Player Double-click to Play
FIXED Remove Silence End Removal
FIXED Search Dialog Key Change
FIXED Singer's Dialog Songs Not Appearing

Can someone look into this.

Update and Upgrade are not used that way by MTU, but as interchangable. If you want an answer to your question then I would suggest you submit a Support Ticket to Sales expressing your concerns. MTU is the ones who would have to answer this question.
As it stands right now you have 12 months from your last paid update to get further releases free regardless of what is contained in them. If you purchased 4.20 that would have been in June of this year and you would be able to update for free until June 2011. Obviously then that was not the date of your last purchased update if you cannot get the updates free at this point in time.

At least the fixes should be available. That is MTU's problem for that. I will try the support ticket.

Jim, when was the last update that you paid for? How many new features have been added since that version? Those fixes you want for free are for the new features that you got as free updates. I don't think any other company would have given as much for free as MTU has done.

I do have Silence Removal and Background Audio, Etc. If there are "fixes" for features that I already have, I should be able to receive those. All software companies maintain the products they sell. At least that is my experience.chemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Don’t get me wrong, I love Hoster and I have sold several other people to buy it. I just want the fixes for what I already have.
I didn’t buy the new version yet because I don’t see any reason to buy it.
