Smile Help

I did not receive a download e-mail for 4.0, so when I received an e-mail for 4.2, I purchased it not knowing that there was a 4.0. Now, of course I can not install it because I do not have 4.0. Question is, do I have to purchase 4.0 even though I purchased 4.2, or can admin just send me a new reg. code?

Are you upgrading with an existing copy of Hoster on the machine? If so, 4.03 should install.

i can't see a reason why you can not install 4.2 ,4.2 is an upgrade from prior versions of hoster, are you getting an error msg. ?

I have had hoster for many years, and have I upgraded every time there is an upgrade. When trying to download 4.2, a message comes back saying that it does not recognize any prior versions. I have even gone back and installed previous versions, but I still get the same message.

Scott,

Go to:

https://www.mtu.com/catalog/login.php

and log in. All of your RegCodes are there.

Go to:

http://www.mtu.com/upgrades/hoster.htm

And download Hoster 4.03, the latest version.

If you bought an upgrade, you will have to install an earlier version of Hoster and upgrade to 4.03 using your Upgrade RegCode.

I hope this helps.

Jim
