One of my laptops needs a new drive to play customers cdg's. Since MTU no longer has one available can anyone suggest a good one. My laptop is a Fujitsu N-series N6210 laptop.

Thanks

I was at Best Buy looking at different burners and none of them said anything about CD+G or mp3+g. The burner that Bobcox suggested did not say anything about that either, is there any other way to know for sure?

Unfortunately no there isn't. There isn't any company that specifically states their drives support CDG since Plextor stopped. That is not to say Plextor drives don't work with them but it says they don't certify that it does anymore.

You can also check this site for internal replacement DVD Rom drives.

http://www.unityelectronics.com/prod...ng/p/SN-S082-R

Check with the vendor if you can use this. most laptops have a standard replcement atapi interface...
