Karaoke Share Site

I won't put the website name here, but, I found out recently, that an area guy is using a site that shares hard drives to share Karaoke songs. It says 'homemade & other songs', but is entire libraries. Where are the anti-piracy police? I am starting to think that I am the only one in my area that is legit...Wayne
