Can't upgrade from 3.316 to 317
Hi all,
I downloaded the update from 3.316 to 317 of Hoster Lite. I tried to upgrade, had my internet connection, using Windows Vista Basic, and at the field where you need to enter your information, the space for computer name doesn't have the ability to enter any information. There's no place there to type anything in. Further, I somehow hosed my 3.316 installation, and now can't get it to work. It claims it's being installed on the wrong PC. Man, I really boned myself here. Any suggestions? Thanks. |

Go to the Support Page of MTU's website and submit a Web Email with their form to get your registration reset. If your Store Account email is different from the one you are using now be sure and include that information in the email so they can find your order. This may take them a couple of days.

I managed to get 3.3.16 back on my box, but I'm still having trouble with 17. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My setup is Hoster Lite 3316 on Windows Vista Basic. Basically, I'm not able to install because 17 wants my computer name, and in the spot where there should be a field for it, there's nothing.
