MTU Support Asnswer My Logs Please
Around Tuesday, I submitted an email as instructed by the window in the software installation. I have since submitted 2 Log Tickets & still don't have an answer. I have not had to KJ with discs because I have 5 licenses, but, it is still frustrating not to be able to get my laptop working again.
No one can help me but MTU. The message says the ID is already in use on 2 computers. 1 died long ago & I just replace the hard drive in the second (which I have read isn't a problem, but tell that to the install software).
With this being Friday & MTU not working on week ends, it looks like it will be a week before I get a response. The log page says allow 48 hours.
Don't get me wrong I'm a big fan, but I need to get this machine in operation soon...Wayne
