printing new song list.

I have a problem printing song list of newly imported songs after you import them if you build a new database they disapper. I finally figured that you have to print your newly added songs before building your new database.
I believe this is correct. If I build the database then all my new songs are gone, how do you import them again so you can print the new songs added? I have tried everything I can think including deleting the database but when I start the program, hoster automatically rebuilds the database. Please help if you know the cure for this problem. I have even gone to the registry and deleted everything under hoster under local user without success.

The only cure is to print your new songs list prior to rebuilding the database. There is no way to recover those you have already incorporated by rebuilding without deleting them (through Edit Songs) and re-importing them.
You don't have to rebuild the database after importing as the new entries are added to it as you import them. So don't rebuild unless you have a problem with it.

I have done this as well. What you can do is go to print songbook and select "print filtered contents by one selection below". Then select bookID range. Then select the range of the last cdgs you imported. I did this the last time I imported 4 or 5 cdgs and did not want to print the entire song book. Hope this helps..

Pull all the new songs from the main song folder and put them in a new folder. Rebuild the database with just the main song folder listed, then create a new songbook so the counter can get reset, once thats done use the merge funtion on the separate folder. Hoster will now recognize those songs as new.
