Singers screen to T.V.
When I go to the Hoster sight, playlist screen is full sized, and can't be resized. Singers screen is sizeable, moveable on top of singers screen. What you see on the computer is what is on T.V. How do I seperate the two. I've tried the manual, but this as far as I can go. Any suggestions.

Now I am confused. Try this one again because I can't tell what you are saying since you have called both screens by the same name. Right click anywhere on the desktop and go to properties. Click on the settings tab. You should see two monitors at the top of the screen and both should not be greyed out. Click on #2 and check the box for Extended Desktop. If this box/statement isn't there then your video card does not support Extended Desktop and you will not be able to display the SND and Lyrics displays separately from the Hoster playlist.

Singers screen to T.V.
I'm sorry I meant to say 'singers screen on top of playlist screen'. When I click the X, it closes the program. When I right click on desktop there is no tab for 'settings'. My program is Vista, if that makes a difference. It is probably obvious by now I know very little about computers.
Thanks Larry |

You don't click on the X, you click on the Box to the left of the X. This controls whether your screen is fullsize or resizable.
Secondly when you right click on the desktop you don't see a list of actions, one of which is properties (down at the bottom of the list)? If not then go to the control panel and double click on display. Then find settings and go from there.

Singers screen to T.V.
When I click on the box left of X, the only thing you can do is move the playlist screen left and right, you can't resize. I have yet to find the settings place you refer to, so I guess I'll have to get someone to show me what I'm suppose to be looking for. I certainly appreciate your time in triing to help me.

I'm surprised you're seeing anything else, if that's the case, 'cause it usually fills the screen completely, if it hasn't been moved to a remote monitor or tv screen. If that doesn't do it, uninstall, and reinstall the program. Last edited by George; July 23rd, 2007 at 05:50 PM. |

Thank You
Just to say thanks to all that helped with my question and your willingness to share. I have more questions, but I'll try to make sure I didn't miss them in the manual.
Thanks again Larry |

You need to post the outcome on the original thread. Is the problem resolved, and if so what cured it?

Thanks again, both screens are now working (with your help). I'm sure this won't be my last cry for help.
