Is 3.15 upgrade free?

I am still at 3.13 and haven't seen any email for upgrading from MTU. Was wondering if the upgrade was free.

I have to submit a ticket for the upgrade now right?

yup upgrade is free..if you didnt get an email i would suggest for you to go to support center and submit a ticket, you only have 15 days to download the upgrade.and i think the upgrade came out almost 2 weeks ago..

I'm confused. We never had a release version 3.13. We had a 3.120, and then we jumped to 3.300.

Run Hoster, click the Help menu, then About Hoster and see the correct version number you are running.

If you have 3.300 or higher, 3.315 is a free upgrade. If below 3.300 you will need to buy the upgrade.
