Major problem importing batch zip files

All my songs imported from hdd zips are listed as type " custom assembly"
I imported a number of batches of 99 zips with no problems before upgrading to Hoster v3313.
When I tried to import batch of 99 zips using next book id root# , as soon as importing started the book id root# changed to #1 and the songs replaced the ones originally imported from disc. I cancelled import immediately but had already overwritten first five songs, and had to re-import from original cdg disc.
I have just installed V3.316 and have same problem. I have 99 zips in folder, all listed by title - artist , and when I click on add files button 99 tracks appear in track list window, disc id appears as xyz0358 ( correct number for next batch) and Book ID root 0 ,which changes to 358 ( correct ) when I click next button. I then enter brand ( custom assembly ) and when I click to import , the disc id and book root id both change to 1 and start to overwrite my first hoster files.
URGENT Help greatly appreciated as I have songs requested by regular singers that I need to add to my list.
Cheers

Derek,
What format are you using (left side) for importing?
Does it match exactly the file name format you used?
Are you using Batch import or single?
Instead of clicking next try entering 358 and see if it stays.

Dale,
Format is zip files,
Flie name format is title - artist , and is same on all 99 files , and is exacly as all previous batches ( about 15) that I imported before this problem began with v3.313.
I am using single import as per manual for 99 tracks only.
Have tried entering book id 358 but still reverts to first tracks imported when started.
Thanks for your suggestions, I appreciate any help.
Cheers
Derek.

Rebuild Your Song Database

Rebuild your Song Database then retry entering a batch of MP3+G files. Be sure to create a page (or pages) for your songbook of the files that did load BEFORE you rebuild the Song Database so you'll have them to put in your books as "New Songs".

I ran across the issue of Hoster going to "1" for the "BookID Root" automaticaly one time after a power outage occured at a gig. Rebuilding the Song Database solved this problem.

I Hope This Helps

Jim
