new set-up - how to use 2 plasma TVs?

i've been doing karaoke shows for a while now using a player and my cdg's and always had a tv infront and above me, i only had hoster for over a year now, and doing show at the same place and now i'm connected up to a plasma tv , the owner wants me to connect to another plasma since they've changed the seating arrangement ..how do i go about connecting to 2 plasma's..

RCA connection? Use an RCA Y splitter to feed out to 2 TVs.

S-Video? You may have to convert from S-Video to RCA out then Y.
