How often do you update the disc data base?

I am having to hand enter hundreds of Sound Choice disc's because they can't be found on the MTU data base? They are either too new "a year and half old" or an unknown series like the National Singing Championchips which everyone I know has? SC 8020-40 + other special series which are quite common. How do we request an update of other vendors like BCI ? I have close to 8,000 disc's I am trying to enter and doing them by hand is insane, looking up the artists is brutal because most discs don't list them. Also how do you ask to fix listing mistakes in the progam like a Queen song will list only under Queen Latifa, Not Queen. There are a few of those. I was used to Music book delux where they would fix or update things on request. Any Ideas? I have over 4,000 disc's to go.
Thank you

If you have Microsoft Access on your PC, you can make manual corrections to your database file- it's an easy way to make quick fixes to the "Queen" vs. "Queen Latifah" type of errors. Just locate the "songs.db" file in your Hoster>Databases folder and open it, then sort by Artist.

Note that this isn't really encouraged by Hoster, but it does work. Just be sure that you know what you're doing.

When you load it into Access don't convert it or it will not work when you save it. You must save it as the same Access97 format.
