Pete, Dale is right. When you post as you did against a year old thread, we really don't know what your problem is.
FYI:
DOWNLOAD means getting an electronic version of the latest installation program over the Internet versus delivered to you on CDROM. Rarely is our web site not able to deliver the latest version to you. This only happens under two conditions:
1. When we introduce a new version, we must manually update the database for all PRIOR USERS. This can fail to work for some users. When reported, our webmaster must do this and he is in a different part of the USA.
2.
Download links for FREE UPGRADES are valid for 12 months from your date of order. After that, they disappear. If you fail to save your downloaded installation file to a CDROM, then that is your mistake, not MTU's fault. In 2001 when our download link allowed a single download and then instantly closed, we NEVER had any complaints. Now that we offer 12 months FREE upgrades, we get all kinds of complaints.
Something's wrong with this picture.
INSTALL means running the installation program to update or remove and install a new version of the software on your computer.
The best way to get help for a problem that requires MTU's staff is to use our
Support Center. I expect our Knowledge Base already has your answer, but if not, submit a Support Ticket that we will answer.
