problems upgrading
I am attempting to upgrade from V2.014 to the latest version which I purchased today. When I originally purchased Hoster I had a different e-mail address. When I tried to register during installation I used my current e-mail which was also listed on my registration e-mail from MTU. It requested my original product ID from version which I typed into the blank. The response back from MTU was that I used the incorrrect e-mail. I check it again, reentered the address and got the same response.
Please help. I need this working my Thursday. Rick |
