Exclamation Laptop crash - need help from MTU

Our laptop recently crashed and had to eb re-formatted. I thought I had installed a backup of HosterLite on my desk-top, but when I try to open it, it is giving me an error that the registration does not match and I need to reinstall. Of course, I did not burn the .exe onto a CD.

I can find the purchase info in my account record, but can no longer download the file. I bought it in January.

Do I need to re-purchase?

Help! Have a posty to host on Friday and need to get up and running!!

Thanks!

I have cleared your Registration Code so you can now install your HosterLite again.

HosterLite only installs on one computer so you can't have a backup.

If you are running shows, you need a backup. You should upgrade to Hoster, which can install on two computers so you have a backup.

I am sorry you are experiencing this problem.

Our web master is looking at a problem in your database record right now. He will try to solve it today as his son is getting married tomorrow and he won't be able to work on it then. If not, please be patient as this is an abnormal situation in our database that only he can solve.

Your download link is visible to our web master. Please look at it again.

Go to your Store Account and follow these instructions. NOTE: The "View My Order History" is on the LEFT side now.

Post back here if you still have problems.

I downloaded it! However, I can not remember how I orignally configured the system to get the songs to play from my external hard drive. Where do I find that setting? Help!

The Tools menu Build Songs Database to rebuild where your files are located. If the External drive letter changed, then the files aren't where they were before. It may be easier to change the order you plug USB devices in to get the same drive letter for the ext. hard drive.

Read the Manual on Rebuilding the Songs Database.

Or, if you are using the Add Track section Audio, MP3G, Video buttons, just locate the directory you want to play a file from.
