Can't keep original track order from hard drive Files after import

I have been importing songs lately and found that importing directly from the hard drive is much faster. However, when I take the bin files from the original folder I had used to make the custom CDG, the order of tracks is different after I "bring them from the folder to Hoster"? I have checked the folder before and the cue text file and all is in the original order(usually alphabetical) before I begin the import, but when I place them on hoster the track numbers vary somewhat from the original order. I really need to preserve the original order as the books are all printed up that way. What would cause this? Has anyone else noticed this discrepancy? Is there something I need to do to the folder of bin files before i get ready to import them in?

I have been importing from the hard drive bin files. I haven't had any problems yet. Using Hoster 3.3.

Inc,
Have you been taking from hard drive files' folders after they have been used to make a custom disk?
I can import them fine, but the order of files is not the same as the order that was used to make the CD beforehand?
