The first thing that I suggest is to check the file's name and extension. The file may have been inadvertently renamed during the download process. If your system is set to display file extensions, then locate the file using Windows Explorer. If the file name is "Hoster.3.300", it will not be recognized by Windows as an executable file. In order to run it, it would have to be renamed to "Hoster.3.300.exe".

If you are not sure whether your system displays all file extensions, you can check this in Windows Explorer. Go to the "Tools" item in the Menu Bar at the top. Then choose "Folder Options...". On the second tab ("View"), look at the "Advanced Settings" box. In there is an item labeled: "Hide extensions for known file types". Make sure this box is un-checked.

I highly recommend this to all Windows users. It was a poor choice by Microsoft to make this the default. Many viruses have been passed in files that look like "AnnaKornukova.jpg", when the actual file name is something like "AnnaKornukova.jpg.exe" or "AnnaKornukova.jpg.scr". The latter two files are executable files, not JPG picture files.

Let us know if this helps.
