![]() There is a problem when i play mpeg files on hoster, it shows up on BOTH monitors and its not able to stop when you have pushed the start button it plays til its done, and when its on both monitors it cannot be minimized, that way it kind of locks down the computer while playing, so i cannot add new songs to playlist, i cannot find mp3's on my hardrive...
IS this an known bug, or am i the only one who has experienced this til now ? Kind regards Frode |

3.300 VCD's
Does the VCD take up all of your computer monitor or just the small box that the regular cdg's use? I have not had the time to update to 3.300 yet. I have to get my computers out of the shows and into the house to connect to the net. Just curious about your problem because I have a few VCD's and have not been able to enter into Hoster.

Double click on the screen while it is filling up your screen and see if it minimizes.

before you play a video file. play a kma karaoke file while it is playing take your pointer out to tv, double click and drag it back to your computer monitor resize it to about 4x4 down in lower right corner so it will be out of the way. now stop playing kma and start a vcd and see if this works, Bob

I'm guessing (not enough info provided to make an educated guess) you can't get it to stop because it's hiding the stop button. As for not finding your mp3's, they should be right where you left them.

When i play a mpeg, avi or any VCD file the hoster player plays it on both screens full screen and it does not let it get minimized by dobble clicking on it. It does not let me see the hoster at ALL... so i can't find any play, stop buttons it goes back to normal after the vcd is finished playing. but while its playing you can't do anything. Hope this explains the situation better ![]() Last edited by frode; January 9th, 2006 at 05:49 PM. |

Fode, please read the manual section on the Video Display and how it is sized and positioned. Click the Help menu, Read Manual command to do this. The Video Display link is found in the right column of the Table of Contents.
Once you understand how it works, I think your problem will be solved. Do pay attention to the post above on "Clone mode". This is a setting for your dual display graphics card that you may need to make. Read the directions on this Hoster Faq page. |

![]() Noooo...
![]() Playing CD+G works just fine... But playing VCD its not fine... I've checked my settings over and over again, and if it has been in clone mode, i would se start button and mouse on both screens at the same time. But i don't. I have to scroll to the right to get my mouse to the extended desktop screen. And the CD+G window can be minimized on the right side... So, playing CD+G works PERFECT... playing vcd don't ![]() /Kind regards, Frode |
