Question Missing Disc Brandnd 2- 3.3 hoster programs

Hello My name is Parker.I have hoster 3.300 I also have a computer I preparing for a local business. They have had hoster for years I just had to get them an upgrade to 3.300. So here is 2 computers with 2 purchased versions of hoster.I go to upload a disc on my hoster and I do not find the disc brand. I get curious and I go to the computer I am building for them and there it is.How with Hoster 3.3 on both computers can there be missing Disc brand. for example the disc ID is Singing Machine Disc Id #G9169 Its on the other easyo find.But not mine.Thanks.

The only way that this could happen is that you have an older Database or a missing file in your Bucket.mdb database.

What you should do, is go delete the database. Do this by going to C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster\Databases. Delete the file named bucket.mdb.

Now reload Hoster 3.300 it will then have the very latest database.

The DiscID for Sing Machine is SMxxxx

9169 is not in the Hoster DB.

Therefore, you will need to type in the SongTitle & Artist info before Importing.

In other words, Singing Machine Disc 9169 is NOT in my Hoster DB.

So, the only explanation is that SM9169 was Imported to one Computer and the DATA for this Disc was manually entered.

Now, when you compare Computers, you will see this Disc ID SM9169 on one but NOT the other...simple.

Ok this has not fixed the problem.I even tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing.And in the computer with the disc names is there are tons of songs and cd's by this company.It is the Singing Machine cd series 3000 that is not on my list but on the other computer under BRAND.
